I love experimenting with light and seeing how it diffuses. These pieces are all pierced by hand and are made from white earthenware clay. White slip is sponged on to create a slightly softer effect on the surface. They are then glazed with a gloss and fired. Each sphere takes on its own character through the fluid piercings.
